National Tactical Officers Association Recommends Steiner P4Xi

The National Tactical Officers Association Member Tested and Recommended Program recently recognized the Steiner P4Xi 1-4×24 riflescope. High scores after a full test put the optic in the highest category.

Steiner P4Xi Earns High Tactical Rating

Per the NTOA, “The NTOA Member Tested and Recommended Program has tested more than 3,000 products in real-world situations since 2003 and is regarded by many law enforcement agencies as paramount to their product purchasing decisions.”

Member officers in Michigan and Arkansas conducted the testing. The Steiner P4Xi received a 4.94 out of possible 5 score, earning the Member Tested and Recommended Program’s Gold logo–the highest rating.

Steiner designed the P4Xi LPVO specifically for the AR-platform patrol rifles. The 1-4X magnification makes it well-suited for CQB or long-distance shooting. It comes with a P3TR reticle, with stadia calibrated for 5.56mm and 7.62 ballistics. It utilizes premium glass in a rugged, one-piece 30mm tube. The optic features 11 illuminated reticle settings, including two for night vision.

“Steiner’s P4Xi 1×4 was very easy to use and had smooth operations,” commented one evaluator. “Very clear glass, and once zeroed, I was able to keep great groups at 100 yards. I put it through some paces with over 500 rounds along with drills that caused it to hit against my gear several times to see if it held zero. It maintained perfect zero…I presented this to my department and showed all of the capabilities we could do and are now building a DMR program around this scope.”
