Steyr Arms recently announced its upcoming Range Day, to be held Saturday, July 27 at the 500-acres CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park in Alabama. The world class shooting facility serves as the home range for the Steyr Academy. The event is free and open to the public, including free shooting opportunities.

Don’t miss your chance to gain valuable hands-on experience with the award-winning line of Steyr Arms firearms. Also, attendees can participate in a shooting competition, enter in a free drawing to win Steyr firearms. Exclusive factory discounts on Steyr products are also part of the event. Steyr plans to showcase its full line of premium firearms for every attendee to shoot, free of charge.
Those interested in competition can participate in the “Sniper Challenge.” For a $10 entry fee, competitors attempt to hit two targets: one with an HS .50 BMG at 600 yards; the second with an SSG M1 .338 Lapua at an unknown distance. Hook up on both shots and you get entered to win a Steyr 20-inch THB .308 McMillan Stock. Attendees can enter as many times as they wish. Attendees not participating in the “Sniper Challenge” can still elect to shoot the HS .50 and SSG M1, with a nominal fee of $10.
For those that don’t want to compete, Steyr offers all attendees a chance to win something at Range Day. Everyone attending the event will be entered for a chance to win the last OD Green M9-A1 pistol brought into the U.S.
