SureFire Adds X300V WeaponLight to X-Series Lineup

SureFire has expanded its X-Series family of WeaponLights — designed for handguns but also mountable to long guns with Picatinny rails — with the introduction of the new X300V.

The X300V comes with a sealed V-Series head which has a white and infrared LED inside for situations requiring both visible and non-visible illumination. To switch from white-light to IR illumination, simply push and rotate a self-locking selector switch on the head. As the press release notes, the X300V generates 150 lumens of light on white-light setting and 120 mW of infrared illumination in IR mode. Both white-light and IR modes are shaped by a Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens into a high-intensity beam perfect for military, law enforcement and personal defense applications.

SureFire’s X300V WeaponLight boasts a lightweight aerospace aluminum and is hard anodized with a Mil-Spec finish. It is also O-ring and gasket sealed for added durability and weather resistance. In addition, this weaponlight has an overall weight of less than four ounces (which includes the two 123A lithium batteries that power it) and features one-finger activation via a push/toggle switch on the rear.
