SureFire‘s new X400V IRc is a dual-spectrum handgun WeaponLight which also has a Class 1 infrared-laser sight that can be used with night vision devices.

According to the product listing, the X400V IRc — which also mounts to long guns with MIL-STD-1913 rails — features a white-light and an infrared LED in its V-Series head. In white-light mode, this weaponlight delivers 150 lumens of light. IR mode provides 120 mW of non-visible infrared illumination. The TIR (Total Internal Reflection) lens shapes the light into a focused beam with extended reach, making it perfect for a variety of situations, including home defense.

Meanwhile, the included <0.7 mW infrared laser is ideal for use with night vision devices. Similar to all X400 WeaponLights, the X400V's laser-sight adjustment mechanism utilizes Nylok screws which are capable of withstanding the effects of recoil and holds zero. Additionally, an amber LED laser-indicator lets the user know whenever the laser sight is on.

The X400V IRc is constructed of high-strength aerospace aluminum, and boasts a hard-anodized body with a Mil-Spec finish, as well as sealed gaskets and O-rings for dust and water resistance. Simply put, this WeaponLight is versatile and built to last. MSRP is $875.00.
