The Diamond Ultra II represents Kimber’s latest addition to its Special Edition gem-tone line of 1911s. It boasts a mirror-polished slide and small parts, an ambidextrous thumb safety, tritium night sights and aluminum ball-milled grips. It also features delicately engraved scroll accents and Special Edition markings on the slide. MSRP is $1652.
True to its name, the Stainless™ II (Classic Engraved Edition) is accented by vine and leaf full coverage engraving with stipple relief on the frame and slide. Meanwhile, the mainspring housing is engraved to match. This pistol — which has the timeless silhouette of a full-sized 1911 — includes high-grade walnut grips with Ivory Micarta checkered inlay. MSRP is $1905.
The limited Stainless II (Texas Edition) boasts a unique serial range that begins with the prefix TXE. This gun includes high polished flats on the slide and frame, which help to accent the western leaf and scroll engraving with saw tooth border on the slide. The mainspring housing also has a matching engraved pattern. The 1835 motto, “Come and Take It” appears not he left bonded ivory grip panel, and the Texas state flag appears on the right panel. MSRP is $1633.
Another new addition to Kimber’s gem-tone line is the Micro Diamond .380 ACP. Similar to the Diamond Ultra II, it features a mirror-polished slide and small parts, delicately engraved scroll accents and Special Edition markings on the slide. An ambidextrous thumb safety, tritium night sights and Ivory Micarta ball-milled grips are also included. MSRP is $1014.
The latest member of Kimber’s Micro family features a beautiful Bel Air Blue finish on the frame and Ivory Micarta grips, as well as a mirror-polished slide and small parts. MSRP is $810.
