The RM1C is Rost Martin’s introductory flagship pistol. It is a feature-rich compact striker-fired 9mm, first announced in January last year at SHOT Show 2024. The OD green color variant features the frame in classic olive drab, contrasting with the rugged black slide of the RM1C platform.

One of the RM1C’s features is its compact yet robust build. The pistol boasts a sleek polymer frame reinforced with a durable steel slide, striking the perfect balance between lightweight maneuverability and durability. Its ergonomic grip, molded with a textured surface, ensures a secure hold even in challenging conditions, making it suitable for both experienced and new shooters.

Adjustable Grip

A key design feature of the RM1C is its modularity. With interchangeable backstraps and an easily adjustable grip angle, the pistol can be customized to fit a wide range of hand sizes. This feature enhances comfort and promotes better accuracy by allowing users to achieve a natural point of aim.

The heart of the RM1C is itsengineered barrel, crafted from high-grade stainless steel. The barrel measures 4 inches long, and is treated with a corrosion-resistant coating, for durability and consistent performance. The RM1C is chambered in 9mm. Its low-recoil design and advanced recoil spring system minimize muzzle rise and allow quick, accurate follow-up shots. Offering solid features with the shooter’s experience in mind, the RM1C combines a smooth five-pound trigger pull with a clean break and a short reset. Furthermore, Rost Martin’s further focus on accuracy out-of-the-box is achieved with aggressive slide cuts, full ambi controls, non-glare top slide serrations, and a low bore axis paired with the hammer-forged barrel for better muzzle control. The RM1C is also optics-ready, and each pistol ships standard with a metal RMR plate. The RM1C with the OD green frame is now available alongside the RM1C in FDE, stone gray, and black.
