TITLE Boxing Club, a national fitness club which specializes in boxing and kickboxing fitness workouts, is set to host a self-defense seminar on Saturday, Aug. 9 at their Rock Hill, Missouri location.
According to the press release, the seminar will take place from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will include a variety of self-defense techniques, including proper break fall, choke and hold escape, bear hug escape, direct effectiveness strikes, and joint locks. The trainers for this seminar are Chris Logan and Meredith Kutzin.
“We are excited to be hosting this new event here at our location in Rock Hill and hope that residents will take the opportunity to learn some simple techniques that could one day save their lives or the lives of others,” said Heath Norton, owner of TITLE Boxing Club Rockwood.
Space for this seminar is limited to 30 people, so TITLE Boxing Club encourages people to register soon. The cost of attendance is free for members and $5 for non-members.
