Dubbed the PRO9V1 series, these rifles were specifically engineered the improve the issues found in most 9mm carbine blowback gas systems, the company says.
Both rifles in the PRO9V1 lineup are CNC machined from high-grade aircraft billet aluminum in the lower, upper and hand rail. The lower has Teflon-coated springs and detent pins, in addition to an enhanced flared mag well. Meanwhile, the 16-inch lightweight contour barrel is made from 4150V steel and sports a Nitride finish, as well as a Grater Gen II 9mm tuneable muzzle brake. Also included in the PRO9V1 is a Gen II ambidextrous charging handle and an adjustable drop-in trigger group.
The PRO9V1-G has a red finish and can be bought at a suggested retail price of $1,399. It’s compatible with 9mm Glock magazines. The PRO9V1-M has a blue finish and a $1,549.99 MSRP. It’s compatible with 9mm MBX/STI 2011 magazines. A “featureless” California-compliant version—with a fixed stock and Fin grip—is also available for $1449.99.
