You may not have a chance to buy this rifle, but it deserves mention. U.S. Navy SEAL Chief Chris Kyle earned plaudits for his lethal performance as a sniper, then wrote two best-selling books: American Sniper and American Gun.

Tragically, he was killed by a gunman in February 2013 in Glen Rose, Texas.
