New From Zev Technologies: Raven Gen3, Gen4 Glock 19 Slide

Zev Technologies is giving Glock fans a chance to customize perfection with a new limited edition slide called The Raven. Zev slides are proven. It’s Z17 Omen made Ballistic’s best Glock aftermarket slides, so we’re excited about the Raven.

Available for the Glock 19 Gen3 and Gen4, the Zev Raven Glock 19 slide is coated in black diamond-like carbon (DLC). It features chevron-styled top serrations that continue down the sides for a better grip surface. Meanwhile, front side barrel windows help to reduce the weight and finish out the lines of this new slide.

The Zev Raven, like the company’s other slides, is machined from a 17-4 stainless steel billet. The company says the slide is machined to tighter tolerances than factory slides for “increased consistency in barrel lockup which improves accuracy.” In addition, Zev slides also weigh less than factory slides. This reduces reciprocating weight, which in turn reduces fatigue and allows for faster, and more accurate, follow-ups. Lastly, these slides come with Zev’s optic cut, which comes with posts that allow for more thread area to mount your optic to the slide.

There will be a limited run of 500 Zev Raven slides produced—250 Gen3 slides and 250 Gen4 slides. Each slide is numbered out of 250. The first 25 are available now through Zev’s website.
