Proudly made in the USA, Caracal USA announces its Enhanced F pistol in multiple configurations and colors. Designed with a combative edge, the pistol features options like a threaded barrel and your choice of standard or suppressor height three-dot sights or the Quick Sight System. Likewise, a lower bore axis and ergonomic grip help mitigate recoil for faster follow-up shots.
The Caracal USA Enhanced F Pistol
Featuring a polymer grip frame, the Enhanced F delivers snag-free concealed carry for a smooth draw. Likewise, the slim profile is completely dehorned for comfortable carry. Additionally, the grip provides an ergonomic grip angle for intuitive shooting, while textured front and back straps assist with retention.
Ensuring reliable, long-term performance, all metal parts receive QPQ nitriding with an enclosed post-oxidizing surface treatment. As a result, the pistols deliver increased durability and protection against wear and corrosion. However, Caracal doesn’t want you to just take its word for it. The pistol undergoes stress testing involving 16,000 rounds of various ammo and abusive environmental tests.
Atop the frame is the low-profile, low-mass slide with forward and rear cocking serrations and low bore axis. The Enhanced F pistol comes in your choice of standard or suppressor height night sights or Quick Sight System.
Delivering faster target acquisition, the Quick Sight System places the rear sight in front of the ejection port. As a result, both the rear and front sight are on the same focal plane. The Quick Sight System slide replaces the rear sight with a tactical “claw,” assisting with one-handed operation of the slide.
Chambered in 9mm, the 4.1-inch barrel is SAAMI proof tested for use with +P ammo. Correspondingly, the Enhanced F is available with a standard or threaded barrel for attaching a suppressor or other muzzle device. The threaded barrel comes with suppressor height sights to provide the best overall solution for running suppressed.
Delivering a capacity of 18+1 rounds, the pistol is also available with a 10-round capacity for prohibitive states. In addition, the ambidextrous magazine release provides easy operation for right- and left-handed shooters.
Finally, the trigger combines the shoe, safety, and bar into a one-piece multi-function unit (MFU) and delivers a constant 5-pound 5-ounce pull.
Endurance Testing According to Caracal USA
“Each test pistol undergoes 16,000 rounds of endurance; that is four to six thousand rounds a day. We use various types of ammo and accuracy test every two thousand rounds through the cycle,” Jeffrey Spalding, president and CEO of Caracal USA, said.
“Part of the Caracal process also includes sand, water, mud submersion, solid projectile bore obstruction, and drop testing. The Enhanced F pistol passed with flying colors and is now available to the public.”
