Dave Bahde

Lieutenant Dave Bahde (retired) has been a professional firearms instructor and consultant for over three decades. He has assisted tactical teams and police departments in firearms selection, implementation, and deployment, along with developing training programs for police agencies. Dave is a recognized subject matter expert on firearms, tactics, and use of force in both State and Federal Court and holds both a Bachelor’s and Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Dave has spent over fifty years training and teaching in various martial arts as well as combatives, arrest control and self-defense training. He holds multiple black belts including a 7th degree in Karate and 4th degree in Sakurai Ha Kendo. As a published author and trainer Dave has spent much of his life dedicated to protecting and defending our second amendment rights. He has been a Gunsite Instructor for ten years teaching pistol, rifle, shotgun and carbine classes.
