Barnaul Ammunition .300 Blackout Steel-Cased Cartridges
The new .300 BLK comes as a 145-grain FMJ running at 1,985 fps from the muzzle. It serves high-volume target shooting and training for the popular .300 BLK cartridge, specifically in AR-style rifles and pistols.
Barnaul builds all of its ammo using premium steel cases. Both cases and bullets come out of the company’s facility in Russia. Barnaul applies an advanced, high-temperature polymer coating to the steel. It ensures reliable operation in U.S.-manufactured firearms with close machining tolerances, according to Barnaul. Designed for high-temperature and full-auto conditions, the load also includes non-corrosive powder and primers.
For those that like to shoot, steel cases can knock around half of the retail price off a manufactured load. So for anyone serious about their defensive training, or shoots to compete, Barnaul’s new steel-case cartridges deserve a look.
