Tactical Weapons Aug. 2015: 6 New Pieces of Cutting-Edge Mission Gear

6 Pieces of New Mission Gear From Tactical Weapons Aug/Sept 2015

At TACTICAL WEAPONS, we’re all about keeping you on the cutting edge of what’s new and useful in the tactical arena, from innovative new guns and high-tech gadgets to lifesaving equipment for those going into harm’s way.

In the August/September 2015 issue of TACTICAL WEAPONS, we’ve rounded up six of the coolest new products, including Sig Sauer’s new supersonic 300 Blackout ammunition. The match-grade Elite Performance round features a 125-grain Sierra MatchKing projectile and, like Sig’s 220-grain subsonic 300 Blackout round, is designed to bring out the best in today’s high-performance AR rifles. We’ve also got the scoop on Gemtech’s three new 300 BLK offerings with 125-, 147- and 220-grain loadings.

Another new product worth highlighting is the Steel Will Chieftain, a tank-tough fixed blade built for harsh use. The American-made, full-tang Chieftain features a 7.48-inch blade made of 1095 steel and a Micarta handle available in orange or green. This knife is certainly ready for duty, as are the other products in this issue’s “New Mission Gear.”
