Georgia-based company MultiTasker has introduced an innovative new product for 2014: the Series 3 AR multitool. Made using “best in class” materials and methods, the Series 3 multitool for the AR platform employs CNC machining and solid billet steel material to make the head of the plier and other components. This product also includes non-slip G10 scales (available in black or tan) commonly found on tactical knives, for a slip-resistant grip surface. In addition, aluminum-bronze washers and rust resistant Ti CarboNitride (TiCN) treatment on the pliers is also included to ensure smooth operation.
The Series 3 AR multitool comes with a 3/8” hex to be used for LaRue mounts, a 1/2” hex for scope rings, a dual lug M4 castle nut spanner wrench and screwdriver, a carbon scraper with a radiused tip, a 1/4″ magnetic bit driver with a M16A2 FSP adjuster, and a 3/32″ pin punch with 8-32 male thread for compatability with an OTIS cleaning kit. This product was designed for use by military, law enforcement, and training professionals. The manufacturer suggested retail price is not available.
