There’s a new aftermarket trigger on the block, and it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re a Springfield XD-S owner: the BRZ Trigger from Arizona-based Overwatch Precision.

The BRZ Trigger is a flat-faced, direct drop-in replacement for the factory trigger on your 9mm, .45 ACP and .40 S&W XD-S handgun. According to Overwatch, the hybrid flat/curved trigger face allows for a uniquely self-correcting, straight rearward press, combined with noticeable comfort. In addition, pre-travel has been reduced as much as possible without compromising firearm safety features. The result is a clean, crisp break, reduced overtravel and a tactical reset. Each trigger shoe and trigger safety tab is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, and Type II and III anodized.

The BRZ Trigger is available at a MSRP of $99.99. To achieve the best possible trigger feel, Overwatch recommends installing this trigger with the Powder River Precision Trigger spring and sear kit.
