Upon first glance, the Inner City Defense Pencil looks fairly innocuous. However, this device is actually a portable, concealable and unnoticeable, yet effective, weapon which enables the end user to surprise, intimidate, subdue and defeat an attacker using one hand. As SurvivalBlog.com points out, it has a carbon steel four-inch rod with a sharp, pointed end which comes out of the “pencil” at the push of a button and locks in place, ready for action.
