Pistol conversion kits are a great way to add accuracy to your pistol and provide a fun day at the range. However, most conversion kits turn your pistol into a short-barreled rifle (SBR) and run afoul of the NFA. Recover Tactical P-IX+ PFA Glock PCC Pistol Conversion Kit
Constructed of a proprietary lightweight, impact-resistant glass-reinforced polymer, the P-IX+ PFA is as rugged as your Glock. Utilizing a clamshell design, no modification is required to add your Glock to the PCC platform. In fact, simply attach the polymer charging handle to your pistol’s slide, drop it into the shell, and close it.
The new P-IX+ PFA achieves its non-NFA status via the addition of an M-LOK compatible front shroud adapter and 16-inch barrel. Recover Tactical sources its made-for-Glock barrels exclusively from IGB, which is an Austrian manufacturer of high-quality barrels. The barrel is threaded ½ x 28 to accept suppressors or other muzzle devices. However, a birdcage flash suppressor is included in the package.
Currently fitting Glock G17 Gen 2-5, G19 Gen 2-5 (incl. C*), G19 X, G34 Gen 2-5, G45, & G47 models, the P-IX+ PFA offers AR fire controls and modular capabilities. Additionally, it accepts standard AR/PCC accessories like pistol grips, buffer tubes, and stocks.
Likewise, the M-LOK slots and ample Picatinny rails allow for attaching lights, lasers, optics, flip-up sights, and other accessories. But it comes with a foregrip already installed for additional control.
If you currently own the original P-IX, no worries because Recover Tactical offers an upgrade kit for less than the complete kit. The kit includes the front shroud adapter and a 16-inch threaded barrel with birdcage flash suppressor.
