Nesika equipped the Tactical Rifle with a stainless tactical action, a receiver made from 15-5 stainless and a one-piece bolt from 4340 CM Steel.

The Tactical Rifle features a Douglas Air-Gauged stainless barrel, 28-inch tactical contour, plus an AAC Blackout Muzzlebrake/Suppressor Adapter.
All metal on the Tactical Rifle is coated with CeraKoted Matte Black Finish for added protection.
The Timney trigger is set at a crisp 3 pounds.
Other features of the Nesika Tactical Rifle include:
- Five-round detachable steel box magazine
- Tactical hand laid-up composite stock with aluminum bedding block, spacer adjustable length and adjustable cheekpiece
- One-piece, stainless mil std 1913 rail with 15 MOA taper
