Arsenal’s new hard-anodized aluminum side-folding stock offers better ergonomics and functionality, with a lighter, stronger design. Specifically, it includes four non-rotating QD points on the stock for precise sling attachment. The buttstock body is CNC machined from a single piece of aluminum and hard anodized for strength. The attachment parts are heat-treated carbon steel. Moreover, the stock has a cheek weld groove machined for a better fit. All the parts are machined in-house. Even the rivets are produced in a CNC machine to ensure a flush fit. As a result, the attention to detail and in-house manufacturing of the parts have produced a high-quality stock with tight tolerances, built to last.

Each SAM7SF receiver is milled from a hot-die hammer forged receiver blank by the Arsenal Co. of Bulgaria. Arsenal’s hot-die hammer forging produces stronger and finer-grained steel. Internal voids and cooling deformations are eliminated by the 5-ton hammer forging process.
Each forged receiver blank requires over 5.5 hours of milling before assembly. This forging and milling process is complex and time-intensive. Yet, Arsenal’s meticulous attention to detail delivers a receiver of unequaled strength, precision, and durability.

SAM7SF 7.62x39mm AK-47
FIME’s Enhanced Fire Control Group delivers a shorter trigger travel with an extremely smooth and light trigger pull. To prevent lever misfires, the disconnector face makes full contact with the hammer. Further, the disconnector is engineered with an elongated tail, which makes a full stop on the rear trigger guard rivet. The hammer stop prevents the hammer from slamming on the trigger. With these two designs working together, it eliminates the “trigger slap” found in competing products.
