In April of this year, Canik entered the suppressor market with its new VOID series. In collaboration with Otter Creek Labs, a top-tier technical leader in modern suppressor design, Canik aimed to expand its product ecosystem with purpose-built and durable suppression options.
CANIK VOID-9 – Lightweight 9mm Suppressor
Three models were initially available for purchase from Otter Creek Labs: the VOID-556, VOID-556K, and VOID-762. All are stainless steel construction, featuring low back-pressure gas systems, and are 1.375×24 hub compatible. The VOID-556 and VOID-556K are both 1/2×28 direct-thread compatible, and the VOID-762 is 5/8×24 (adapter included). All are multi-caliber rated for hard-use rifle systems.

Now Canik has released a new suppressor in that lineup. The CANIK VOID-9. The VOID-9 is a lightweight and ergonomic 9mm suppressor designed for compatibility with both handguns and PCCs. Additive Manufactured from Grade 5 Titanium, this design offers durability while remaining lightweight and ergonomic. With interchangeable end caps, this suppressor offers ultimate quiet with the solid end cap or premium performance and lowered back pressure with the vented end cap.
Integrated Booster
The unique integrated booster assembly, which includes a 1/2×28 piston, Neilson device spring, and a piston retainer, allows for functionality across a wide array of pistol platforms. Utilizing its 1.125×28 rear threads, the VOID-9 can use other mounting options for specific platforms like PCCs and rifles. Whether you are using the VOID-9 on your pistol at the range or on a PCC while shooting at a competition, the VOID-9 offers configuration options that allow it to adapt and overcome.
