Optics make shooters more accurate. This is especially true with rifles. However, shooters also benefit by attaching an optic, such as the Aimporint Acro P-1, to a handgun.

The brand new Acro is a fully enclosed optic designed to attach to pistols. However, shooters can also use it on rifles, as both a primary and a backup sight. Aimpoint designed it to be low profile and rugged, for use on a wide variety of platforms. In fact, the company tested it by firing 20,000 rounds of .40 S&W. In doing so, it withstood the recoil without fail. And since few shooters reach this round count, it should last for years of use.
Additionally, the unit is NVD compatible and submersible up to 25 meters. It can also be left on for up to one year in the sixth position of intensity; the unit has 10 intensity levels for ensuring good target acquisition. Even better, shooters can replace the CR1225 battery without removing the unit from the gun. This allows zero to remain.
This unit measures 1.9-inches long and 1.2-inches wide and high. As such, it weights a mere 2.1 ounces, including the battery. It also features a 3.5 MOA reticle, with adjustment switches than can be manipulated while wearing gloves.
The Aimpoint Acro P-1 pistol sight provides the accuracy needed for any situation where a handgun, or a rifle, is used. And it is tough enough to last for years.
