Heritage Adds Nickel Variant to Badlander Series of Side-by-Sides

The Badlander series just got a little badder, to borrow from 80’s vernacular. The Heritage Badlander Nickel adds a bold new finish to the side-by-side shotgun lineup, bringing a new take on the classic 12-gauge coach gun.

Heritage Badlander Nickel

We brought you coverage of the launch of the Badlander series back in December 2023. The line represented an economical, yet well executed, line of coach guns with serious Old West flair. The guns featured 18.5-inch barrels, twin triggers and a break-action design. Now Heritage doubles down on the classic double, with a nickel finish built to handle any kind of weather, wrapped in a head-turning look.

“The Badlander in nickel isn’t just a new finish—it’s a statement,” said Heritage Manufacturing Product Designer, Josh Cooper. “It preserves everything that made the original a standout and adds a layer of polish that turns heads at the range or in your collection.”

Whether shooting Cowboy Action matches or used as a utilitarian defender, truck gun or camp gun, the Badlander Nickel delivers. For less than a grand, it’s worth a look.
