The latest earbuds are customizable for the best fit, delivering maximum protection while providing 6x amplification of safe sounds. Likewise, they are expandable to fit your operational requirements.
The Axil CRX Ear Protection
Axil boasts that this is the most “acoustically refined electronic earbud” the company has ever made. This was done through meticulous component selection, hand-tuned drivers, and balanced frequencies. As a result, the company claims the most realistic, natural reproduction of your environment via the hear-through system. So, footsteps sound like footsteps and voices sound like voices.
Featuring Axil’s SonicShieldX (SSX) technology, the CRX places an impact filter directly on top of the hear-through microphone. This blocks dangerous, high-decibel sounds while simultaneously allowing safe mid- and low-decibel sounds through. Likewise, you will be able to hear conversations, range commands, and ambient environments with the 6x hearing enhancement. So, you won’t miss anything and your situational awareness stays on point. Presumably, this will also reduce wind effect, like the Axil XCor.

The CRX earbuds are controlled via Tap & Go Touch Controls directly on the earbuds themselves. This allows for fast, easy access to your settings on the fly. Additionally, the included foam and silicone tip options let you dial in the perfect fit for maximum protection.
With its IPX5 rating, the earbuds can easily handle dust, sweat, and rain. However, the charging case is not water-resistant.

One of the more innovative features of the CRX ear pro is the MMCX expandable system. Utilizing a standard MMCX connector, the earbuds can accept optional wired adapters. This includes the CRX LINK Bluetooth lanyard that is expected in the Summer of 2026. Likewise, you can also connect a tactical PPT (push-to-talk + Bluetooth) adaptor.
The CRX delivers 10 hours of protection and charges in two hours in the case via USB-C. Although it charges in the case, it is important to note that the case does not have a battery. So, the case will not charge the earbuds unless plugged in.
